Let us take the hassle of finding that perfect property whether it’s for a new home, an investment or rental. We have built up years of experience in property design and building so it’s safe to say we know properties inside out. Over the years we have used that experience to advice our clients on the potential of a property and even searched for that perfect property. Now we offer that Property Finding service to everyone. Unlike other Property Finding agents we are experienced in the whole structure of the property and not just the local property market, unlike other agents we charge a fixed transparent fee based on your budget and not a percentage of the sale price plus VAT.

Our fee brackets:

Your budget/Sale price of property:

  • £0.00 to £499,999.99 and our fee is £1,000.00 inc VAT

  • £500,000.00 to £1,499,999.99 and our fee is £1,500.00 inc VAT

  • beyond £1,500,000.00 and our fee is a flat £2,000.00 inc VAT

Saving Example:

The potential to save with our Property Finding service is substantial.

Example Sale of property is £800,000.00

A typical Property Finding agent would charge around 1.5% plus VAT on the sale price

1.5% plus VAT of £800,000.00 would equate to £14,400.00

Our service would only charge £1,500.00 inc VAT which is a saving of £12,900.00

Paying a lower fee will not equate to a substandard service, that’s a guarantee.

Our service is detailed and concise which will include a brief from you with your budget, local areas you are interested in and property type.

We will then formalise a list of potential properties with the brief parameters but also highlight other important information including the surrounding area, schools (including Ofsted grading), property development potential, planning history if available, potential rental income and return on investment details if requested. Once you’re happy to proceed with a shortlist of properties we will arrange viewings* for you to attend and even negotiate on the sale price if required. Our service is completely impartial and offered under strict discretion.

* We are happy to attend viewings with our clients and a fee will be applicable at £150.00 inc VAT per viewing.
